Responsibilities

Tend to client opportunities in both home health care and facilitiesPerform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice actMonitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changesProvide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal lawsCounsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements

Reliable car/auto insuranceClean background and criminal recordUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality

 

Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
