All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team! This position performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with Class F home care regulations and follow established policies and procedures. This nursing schedule includes;

Required:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: LPNLPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice

Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phone & fax machine

Preferred:
