Provides professional nursing cares and treatments Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status Required: MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
