Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team in Mankato, MN! This position performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with Class F home care regulations and follow established policies and procedures. This position will ensure that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living residents are met. This direct care schedule includes;

The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community.  We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars.  Located near the crossroads of US 14 and 169, our community has its bus that residents can ride for our outings.

This position may assist the Director of Health Services to meet the requirements of comprehensive home care regulations for 24/7 on call RN

Qualifications

Required:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - LPNLPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice.

Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phone & fax machine

Preferred:
