What an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Will Do:
Administers hygienic care to patients in a manner which promotes safety, dignity, and comfort, as defined in the scope of service for the nurse's area of practice.
Collaborates with the nursing team, contributing to the development and implementation of a plan of care for all assigned patients, using the principles of the nursing process.
Performs a variety of skilled nursing duties including sterile procedures and use of specialized equipment.
What an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Will Need:
Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical NursingA valid Florida State Practical Nurse LicenseCurrent BLS through the AHA30-hour IV Certificate preferred or complete Certification within 3 months of hire to administer IV medications, blood, etc. (will reimburse cost for the course to obtain certificate).Ministry/Facility Information:
