What we’re looking for:

We're seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse who will perform clinical and administrative tasks. The LPN will provide support services to physicians, RNs, and other staff members in performing physical examinations and vaccinations.In this role, you will:Perform all patient procedures according to EHE guidelinesExplain testing procedures to patientsDeliver exemplary customer service to patientsPerform and maintain proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, EKG's, PFT's, audiometric testing, vision testing, tonometry, and any new screening approved by the CMOProvide all routine and travel vaccines as directed by the physicianAssist with prepping all cardiac stress testing as directed by physicianAssist in emergency situationsAssist in biohazard waste management Promote and ensure a safe working environment for patients and coworkersCalibrate, maintain, and sterilize equipment as directed by manufacturerCalibrate all equipment and report any abnormal readings to Clinic DirectorManage asepsis and stock suppliesAssist with managing inventory and maintenance of medical suppliesAssist in coordination of patient examinations, including escorting patients to testing and examination areasRecognize and report problems, recommend service improvements as appropriatePerform administrative duties as directedWhat the role requires:Current NJ State LPN LicensureBCLS/ACLS certified1-5 years related experience and/or trainingStrong phlebotomy skills and knowledge of vaccinesDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to multi-task and handle multiple prioritiesWhat we offer:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insuranceEmployer-matched 401(k) planTuition reimbursementEmployee access to our preventative exam and servicesGym membership
The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
