DUTIES:

Provides advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocuments Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold valid LPN LicenseExperience Point Click Care is Preferred Basic computer skillsExcellent communication skills and strong team player
