Base rate is $34 - $36 with a $0.40 shift differential for evenings and nights and another $1.25 if you work any shift on the weekends.

Duties:

Collecting required information from new Residents to be admittedRecording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperatureAdministering medications and injections to Residents as neededTreating and dressing wounds and bedsores as neededMay be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygieneMonitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

Must be able to work as a team memberValid NY State LPN licenseIn good standing with State Registry
