St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

This position will be filled through Agency.

Duties:

Collecting required information from new Residents to be admittedRecording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperatureAdministering medications and injections to Residents as neededTreating and dressing wounds and bedsores as neededMay be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygieneMonitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work as a team memberValid NY State LPN licenseMust be in good standing with State Registry
