Duties:

Collecting required information from new Residents to be admittedRecording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperatureAdministering medications and injections to Residents as neededTreating and dressing wounds and bedsores as neededMay be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygieneMonitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

Must be able to work as a team memberValid LPN license (any state)In good standing with State RegistryMust be vaccinated
