Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will greet and prepare patients for provider examination and treatment, maintain equipment before and after procedures, and engage in patient and family education to achieve desired patient outcomes. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, calling patients with lab results, and performing blood draws. Essential Skills + Family care + LPN Certification + IV Certification + Basic Life Support (BLS) + Patient education + Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in any clinic setting or primary care. + Specialty experience in G.I, Cardio, Surgery, Mental Health (preferred but not required) + Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or military equivalent. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Critical thinking skills. + Ability to multitask. + Technology savvy. Work Environment This role is based in a physician's clinic, working across multiple specialties. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with 8-hour day shifts. The environment requires someone who can handle a fast pace and adapt to various challenges. The position offers a pay range of $22 - $33 per hour. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus available, split into two payments: $2,500 after 6 months and another $2,500 after the first year, with a 2-year commitment required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $33.02 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
