Schedule: Full time

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, rotating weekends, some call

Location : Team Blue: This position will be conducting patient home visits in the West Longwood, Lake Mary, Apopka, Mt Dora, Sanford area which includes but is not limited to the following zip codes: 32757, 32777, 32798, 32712, 32768, 32703, 32779, 32746, 32771

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Performs nursing skills safely and competently.

Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.

Provides accurate and complete documentation.

Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.

Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.

Assists with patient/caregiver teaching.

Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes and the ability to adjust priorities and use resources.

Maintains open communication with RN Case Coordinator and RN Supervisor

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications:

High School Grad or Equiv

1 medical/surgical

Preferred qualifications:

1 community health nursing

Wound Care Certified

Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course.

Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance
