We consider our team like a family, not just co-workers. + **Purpose:** Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)play a vital role in the delivery of long-term care services and create a caring and joyful environment for his/her residents. **Job Summary** + Responsible for maintaining quality of resident care. + Perform diagnostic procedures and follow orders as issued by the provider. + Maintain good working relationships among nursing staff supervised. + Assign duties to professional nursing and technical personnel. + Supervise and evaluate work performed. **Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience** + Graduate from an accredited LPN school and have an active SD LPN license. **Work Schedule** + Hours: + 6:00am-6:30pm, 6:00pm-6:30am; 72hrs/2wks + Every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation required **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
