Responsibilities Under the supervision or direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides patient care specific to the age of the patient. Demonstrates the appropriate skills and ability, based on scope of practice, level of training and/or licensure, to assess, treat, and/or care for patients. Care is provided through utilization of the nursing process, by leadership to provide direction of other non-licensed nursing service personnel and by working collaboratively with other members of the health care team. Qualifications Valid LPN Oklahoma license Basic Life Support (BLS)
