The Terrace is a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it. What makes us unique:
Highly ranked Quality Measures – this means we provide excellent clinical care!30% of our residents are late stage memory care patients. NOTE: we are one of the only nursing homes in the area with specialized dementia programming.We have a busy Activities Department that keeps our residents engaged with low level sensory rooms, cognitive therapeutic games, regular entertainment and cooking classes.There is a bus stop located in front of the center and many apartment homes nearby if you want to move closer to work.The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies (NARA) awarded Transitional Care Management their “Impact Award” for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
