Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is an inner-city skilled nursing facility (SNF) with 5 floors and an average census of 160+. We have and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health (formerly indigent) population.
5 star Quality Measures – this means we provide excellent clinical care!The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common diagnoses are schizophrenia, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.Many are able to age in place, and about 25% return to the community.We have several programs encouraging engagement, but the most popular spot in our center is the game room.
