Terros Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Desert Cove location in Phoenix, AZ.
Full-time; 40 hours/week
Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm
Compensation: $26-$29/hour
$2K Starting Bonus*

Location: Desert Cove Clinic; Near I-17/ Peoria Rd
The LPN performs duties in support of therapeutic services and provides comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population composed of SMI, dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provides nursing services to members including engagement, assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, education and supportive psychotherapy Documents all activities in the clinical record including member's responses to medication administered and according to policy using approved forms Coordinates physical and behavioral health care needs for members Prepares and administers oral, intramuscular, and subcutaneous medications; performs TB testing and venipunctures Identifies potential barriers to quality care and opportunities for improvement and reports them to the Lead Nurse
