Responsibilities Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values, performs the functions in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned patient care: manage supplies and equipment; promote teamwork with physician and personnel of other departments; performing age-specific care as appropriate under the director of the registered nurse in charge of the unit. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid Oklahoma or Multi State LPN license Current BLS certification Preferred Job Requirements: 1 or more current years of acute care experience as a LPN
