Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalitiesAssist with patient education and counselingCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient carePerform dialysis treatments as needed

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in good standingExperience in nephrology or dialysis preferred, but not requiredStrong clinical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for providing compassionate patient care

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
