JOB OPPORTUNITY: Licensed Psychological Associate

POSITION: Licensed Psychological Associate

LOCATION: San Antonio

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct FIIEs and REEDs for students (0-18 years old) referred for special education placementConduct Psycho-Educational and Psychological Evaluations for AIM's private clinicParticipate in the development of individual educational plans (IEPs)Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies to devise effective intervention strategiesAttend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to contribute to appropriate placement and IEP developmentUtilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management toolsMaintain accurate records and compile reports for AIM and school/district requirementsMonitor and submit hours through Quickbooks for AIMCollaborate on various tasks and duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Evaluation Support or other AIM leaders


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree in School PsychologyLicensed Psychological Associate in the state of TexasProven experience in child development and psychological assessment for children (0-18 years old) and adults

COMPETENCIES:

Proficient in using test kits, diagnostic software, and special education management toolsStrong report writing skillsEffective time management and punctualityProfessional email and messaging etiquetteFamiliarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

COMPENSATION: AIM offers a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. Offers pending a valid background check that allows you to work in a public school setting.
