Signet Health is actively seeking an Oregon licensed Social Worker (LCSW) or working towards licensure for our program at Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon.
The Social Worker will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and family/caregiver needs with respect to the patient's psychosocial health. Provides individual, family, and/or group therapy. Creates and supervises an interdisciplinary rehabilitation plan.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master's degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work EducationCurrent Oregon Licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or working towards obtaining Oregon Licensure2+ years of experience in the field of Social Work, Behavioral Health or related fieldAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)SAFE class or organization approved workplace violence training or obtain within six (6) months of hire which must be obtained by the last day of the month after the six (6) month grace periodMust demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing demands.Knowledge of community resources and how to accessAble to integrate care from a variety of sources to meet patient's needs
