We are seeking a Full Time Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in our Escondido, CA location.

The LVN case manager assists the RN in all aspects of clinical oversight for individuals with IDD residing in Merakey's EBSH facilities. The role is responsible for planning and scheduling medical appointments, maintaining medical documentation, treatment and follow through resolution of all health care concerns.

Earn up to $45.00 per hour.
