We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our detox facility in Sausalito, California. This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment that emphasizes holistic and evidence-based approaches to addiction treatment. The facility is nestled in a serene, upscale area, offering a tranquil setting for both patients and staff.
Shift: 5×8 schedule, NOC Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do:
Provide direct patient care during the detox process, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting patients through withdrawal symptoms.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Offer emotional support to patients and their families during this critical time.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all patients throughout the night.
What We’re Looking For:
Current California LVN license in good standing.
Previous experience in a detox or psychiatric setting is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
A commitment to providing compassionate care with an understanding of the complexities of addiction.
