Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part-Time Location: Houston and Surrounding area; close to Downtown Company: Always best care senior services, Friendswood /Clearlake Pay: Hourly rate, competitive pay based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health care team on a part-time basis. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans. * Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR). * Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. * Perform wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed. * Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean environment for patients. Requirements: * Valid LVN license in Texas * Minimum of 1 year  of experience in home health care or a related field preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients and their families. * Must be available to work *  have 2 valid references  * A clean Background Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will work with your supervisor to arrange a schedule that works for both you and our patients.
