Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health care team on a part-time basis. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed. Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean environment for patients.

Requirements:

Valid LVN license in Texas Minimum of 1 year  of experience in home health care or a related field preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients and their families. Must be available to work  have 2 valid references  A clean Background

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will work with your supervisor to arrange a schedule that works for both you and our patients.
