We are seeking an experienced Business and Operations Coach to join our team, working closely with our non-traditional licensee partners to enhance their Pizza Hut operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business coaching, operational efficiency, and relationship management. As the liaison between Pizza Hut and the licensee partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between Pizza Hut and our licensee partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships Provide guidance and support to new and existing licensees in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, profitability, and growth Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Pizza Hut brand standards and operational procedures; implement accountability processes to ensure compliance Provide initial and ongoing training and development to licensee partners and their staff, ensuring best practices are followed and company standards are upheld Conduct Business Reviews with licensees to achieve mutually established targets including assessment of financial statements and operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Pizza Hut to ensure alignment and support for non-traditional licensee partners

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business coaching, operations management, or a related role, preferably within the food service or retail industry Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels Ability to analyze financial statements and operational reports and develop action plans to achieve performance targets Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Travel: 40-50% travel expected

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field Experience working with non-traditional or multi-unit retail environments Knowledge of the pizza industry and familiarity with food safety regulations Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
