Licensing Administrator

The Licensing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Licensing team in this fully in-office position. The Licensing Administrator will help with license application processing, tracking and reporting on license projects. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, time management, and an incredibly detail-focused mindset.

This position requires 5 days per week (M-F) in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assemble and process license packets and mail with systematic organization. Meticulous entry and maintenance of pertinent information for licensure processing and reporting on projects Work to proactively meet deadlines. Track information related to licensing projects, updating information in a timely fashion, and responding to inquiries with speed and professionalism. Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise. Provide other administrative support as needed. Assist as needed with additional licensing projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

Bachelor's Degree is required for this position. Exceptional customer service skills and succinct, professional communication An elevated level of detail orientation and multi-tasking ability This is a full time in office position; must be located near the San Diego offices.

COMPENSATION: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $26.44 to $27.88 hourly, which equates to $55,000 to $58,000 annually.      

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
