Licensing Administrator
Job Description A Client in the Greater Houston Area is hiring for Licensing Administrator for one of their development teams. This role will serve as liaison with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Will further provide administrative support, project control, and database support for the management of the clients' owned land and submerged land, including pipeline licenses, marine construction permits, submerged land leases, and dredged material placement agreements. Required knowledge of project controls, database creation, maintenance, & customization, invoicing, program policies and procedures, customer-focused relationship building capacity, and independent judgment. Other responsibilities include: managing quality control procedures to ensure appropriate documentation is received, invoicing is generated, legal documents are produced, and refund requests for deposits and fees. Preparing files/projects and execute Records and Information Management procedures. This is a 12-Month contract role with the potential to go permanent if there is a greater need. The work schedule is 4-day, 10-hour shifts with every Friday off.
