Licensing Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Licensing Analyst to join their team. As a Licensing Analyst, you will be part of the Regulatory Compliance Department supporting the Licensing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Licensing Analyst **Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday and Thursday) Hartford, CT** **Pay Range: $75,800 - $95,880** **What's the Job?** + Oversee the application, renewal, and compliance process for licenses, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. + Review documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding licensing policies. + Assist with producer and adjuster business entity license applications filings for new and renewed licenses. + Perform legal research of statutes and regulations related to licensing. + Maintain databases of information relative to producer, adjuster, and company licenses. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience working in a legal department, preferably within a property casualty insurance company. + Hands-on experience working on regulatory licensing matters. + Experience with state to state regulations is a must. + Proficiency in Excel and experience with NIPR, Sircon, SBS, and Westlaw is a plus. + Notary public certification (or willingness to obtain). **What's in it for me?** + Discretionary annual performance bonus based on role. + 401(k) automatic employer contribution of 5% of your total compensation. + Stock Purchase Plan with the option to buy stock at a 15% discount. + 35 days of PTO including sick days, vacation days, and holidays. + Comprehensive medical coverage through Aetna with a 90/10 copay plan.
