Description We are offering a long-term, contract, opportunity, for a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist with a major healthcare company located in Deerfield, IL. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and maintaining client relationships within the company. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities from process management to compliance and audit management. This job is fully onsite M-F. Responsibilities: • Support both internal and external audits • Manage the application and renewal process for licenses across various business units • Conduct detailed research on rules and regulations within various licensing jurisdictions • Review and comprehend jurisdiction rules, regulations, and business practices to fulfill licensing requirements • Collaborate with various business units and corporate departments to understand and meet specific business requirements • Assist other License Specialists with the completion of applications or renewals as needed • Engage with licensing jurisdictions to obtain licensing requirements and ensure compliance Requirements • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction • Strong Communication abilities for effective Client Relations • Familiarity with Operations, Procedures, and Practices related to licensing • Knowledge of Policy and Compliance, with the ability to perform Compliance Functions and Ensure Compliance • Proficiency in conducting Research and Review tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Calendar Management tools The salary range for this position is $24.00 to 31.00 per hour.
