LICENSING ASSOCIATE
**LICENSINGASSOCIATE** (Volume sales licensing) FTE position with benefits Redmond, WA or Colorado location Hybrid position mostly - Work PST hours. **JobDescription** + Help lead deal negotiations tobring contracts to signing/invoicing + Provide Resellers with guidancefor high-impact licensing and contract scenarios, including contracttermination and third party hosting. + Provide coverage for OOF MSemployees, including finalizing contracts, closing pending deals, or leadinglicensing conversations. + Validateinquiries, and interpret them against the proposed solution to ensure they arecompliant and the solution is within Microsoft policy, Sales Guidance, andProgram Goals. + Support CEs/OMs by researchingcomplex scenarios and providing guidance to ensure additionaldocumentation/amendments are submitted if needed + Act as informal approvingauthority on deal scenarios + Submit requests for empowermentapprovals, including BD + Ensuring MS Sales systems areupdated **RequiredSkills** - 2-5 years- experience in corporate operational or sales team support services. - Background in Microsoft Licensing or relevant licensing experience - Background working in or collaborating with Marketing/Sales knowledge and processes - Comfortable public speaking and presentation skills in high-pressure environments - Analytical skills; attention to detail; Methodical mindset of problem solving - Intermediate level knowledge of Excel; - Able to recognize errors in own work and that of others; - Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy; - Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results; - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English - Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently; - Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment; - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion; - Excellence in being organized, proactive, and results oriented - Ability to quickly analyze and evaluate complex, nuanced, and multi-faceted problems, and determine next steps for execution **EducationRequirements:** Bachelor-s Degree Please email your resume to Harneet.sapra@sogeti.com **Thebenefits our employees enjoy:** - Competitive base salary. - 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%. - Medical/Prescription/Dental/Vision Coverage via Cigna Healthcare - 100% Company-paid mobile phone plan - 3 weeks of Personal Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays - Upto 12K Education reimbursement Sogeti is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
