KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Ensure the 3 days TAT on processing and release of on-boarding tools for qualified planners and leaders (ID, BIR & BPI Certificates)

• Ensure sending of signed of AA & LA agreements to newly coded salesforce.

• Handles scanning of agents digital files & proper recording of docs.

• Clean-up on compliance requirements on IC ELS related to agent’s license approval.
