Licensing Coordinator
Come be a part of a company that is one of the largest recyclers of end-of-life vehicles. We are seeking to have a licensing coordinator join our team. A person who joins our team will have great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We value quality work, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities · Maintain licenses and permits nationwide, including primary responsibility for renewals. · Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for applicable licenses. · Track received items and progress, ensuring that all sites are compliant with necessary licenses by conducting research and applying for new licenses as needed. · Cross-train with Licensing Staff on business license maintenance. · Build relationships across the company, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals. · Handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality within the Legal Department. · Ability to conduct research and apply for new licenses. Qualifications · Database experience with License HQ or similar complex database · Proficient with Excel - data entry, formulas, and reporting · Experience with processing licensing applications or renewals. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cordova, California. Work Environment Office environment - business casual. Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with some flexibility on start and end time.
