Licensing Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with BD head to buildup overall country Licensing Business strategy for reinforcing Bayer s position as the leader of innovation technology and sustainable agricultural development in China as well as achieves licensing sales target. Explore, assess, and secure new business opportunities through licensing out, (including but not limited to Tech, private label business, white label, bulk and long tailor business), strategic partnerships, collaborations and distribution agreements. Design and drive the strategy and implementation on private label, bulk and long tailor business. Maximize BCS assets value and market coverage, explore and evaluate out license active ingredients, and negotiate license out contracts to partners. Work out Industrial Business process, close interact with marketing, PS and supply chain locally and globally • Make sure the high level forecast accuracy and month sales target achievement Lead and well manage all industrial sales, hit the sales target • Ensures that all operations within the team are in compliant with local goals.
WHO YOU ARE
Education Masters Degree or MBA in business or agricultural sciences Skill Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, strategic and creative "out of the box" thinking, good analytical abilities, strong communicator. Able to work well cross functionally. Experience Minimum 15 years experience in Crop Protection industry and understanding of key business drivers in Chinese Agriculture. Established network in Agricultural industry and high level understanding of industry participants/influence Rich experience of marketing, sales, products sourcing, and technology sourcing. Demonstrated passion for leading people and delivering results, and a natural talent for building trust and earning respect. Personal characteristic Highly motivated, strong initiative, positive attitude, and a willingness to develop new ideas. Commitment to hit the sales target!
