Life@ Benefits Analyst
**Summary:** We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience of setting and meeting ambitious targets, who is growth-oriented and excited to grow their benefits career by joining our Life@ Benefits Team as a Benefits Analyst.As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a key support role across Meta’s portfolio of employee benefit programs, including Time Away, 401(k), employee engagement, and more. This role involves evaluating existing benefits programs, supporting data analysis, ensuring compliance, and supporting Benefit Managers with benefits strategy initiatives, including: 1) Compliance and Program sprints, (401(k) audits and M&A wind downs, statutory time away changes, program implementations, etc.)2) Engagement (main POC for cross-functional partner and stakeholder benefit program questions and education, new hire orientation, benchmarking and communications). 3) Analysis (update dashboards, consolidate vendor and claims data, run ad hoc reports, create charts/graphs to summarize data). **Required Skills:** Life@ Benefits Analyst Responsibilities: 1. Main point of contact for cross-functional partner and stakeholder benefit questions (medical, 401(k), wellness, dental, vision, disability, flex spending, HSA, and others) 2. Complete benchmark surveys 3. Conduct new hire benefits orientation 4. Support benefits communications and engagement efforts 5. Support statutory leave projects 6. Support 401(k) administration and audit including M&A wind downs and non-discrimination testing 7. Assist with benefit program implementations 8. Run ad hoc reports, as needed 9. Summarize and consolidate vendor reporting including creating charts and graphs, as needed **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 3+ years of benefits and/or 401(k) experience 11. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Google sheets 12. Attention to detail 13. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with all levels of management and building relationships with new cross-functional partners 14. Experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate 15. Experience with presenting to live audiences 16.
