Job Summary:
Caterpillar’s Large Track-Type Tractor (LTTT) team is currently seeking a Life Cycle Manager to lead all aspects of aftermarket services and support for the product line. This role will focus the aftermarket strategy for the large tractors, working across the enterprise to champion the parts and service needs of LTTT dealers and customers. The Life Cycle Manager will serve as a coach and mentor to the LTTT organization, encouraging aftermarket and services growth in all functional areas, and will lead or participate in projects to deliver on the LTTT aftermarket commitments. What You Will Do:
Contribute to Parts Annual Business Plan (ABP)Lead POPS GrowthEducate, coach, and increase the understanding of the parts business for product group and process partner team members.Contribute to Parts Inventory planning process.Lead the resolution of parts related issues directly impacting customers and dealers.Lead Margin OptimizationContribute to RIOP Services ProjectsContribute to life cycle solution improvementsEducation requirement:
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
