About The Job

As a Life Cycle Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of enterprise tech stack (including application, middleware and infrastructure layers), ensuring that they are maintained efficiently and securely from inception to completion. This role combines the strategic planning and organizational skills of a Project Manager with the analytical and protective expertise of a Security Analyst. As a Life Cycle Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives while adhering to security standards and protocols.

 

What you do

 

You will be challenged to act as the first line of defense (according to the Allianz Internal Control Framework) in the areas of compliance, data protection, IT security, risk and business continuity and disaster recovery through contract management and internal collaboration with Allianz Technology responsible parties.  You will have involvement in the end-to-end management of major contract changes and collaborative execution of related RfP projects.  You will have the chance to track the deliverables and the obligations agreed in the outsourcing contracts in relation to compliance, data protection, IT security, risk and business continuity, performance and others.  You will have the change to have full ownership of processes and improvement of procedures.  You will be responsible to initiate appropriate corrective actions in case third party suppliers do not meet their contractually agreed obligations, taking such actions directly or through the relevant governance structure as appropriate. 

What you bring

 

University degree in information technology, economy, business administration or Law.  A certification by the International Association of Contract and Commercial Managers (IACCM) would be ideal.  Extensive ITIL v3 certification (min. intermediate level) and Project Management certifications (such as Prince 2, PMI) are highly desirable.  A good technical understanding of infrastructure.  In depth knowledge of the regulatory environment within Financial Sectors and/or Insurance. Fluent English (written and spoken). Ability to understand and analyze legal documents.
