Job Description:
The Life Insurance and Annuity Product Manager, Associate, will support the Product Owners for implementation and product roll-out of Life Insurance and Annuity business across Lines of Business. Through partnership with the business, advisors, product and senior leaders, the USPB Life Insurance & Annuity Product Associate will partner across multiple initiatives/functions in effort to align priorities ensuring successful execution of the Insurance & Annuities business.
Job Responsibilities
Support the partnership with stakeholders across lines of business, Product Management and Area Product Owners to implement the rollout of Life Insurance and Annuity platform enhancements, new products and services; inclusive of coordination across front office, middle office, client experience and support teams as well as technology Facilitate change management, including the evolution, integration and accelerated delivery of the platform and tools into the advisor eco-system Support the broader team where necessary to advocate for client and advisor needs within the product space; platform enhancements, client and advisor toolsets, data management Work closely with Life Insurance and Annuity partners and key stakeholders to ensure that work is aligned, prioritized consistently, and delivers the expected client and advisor experienceRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities
5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial services, insurance related experience and wealth management Excellent communication, presentation and data analytical skills Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills High attention to detail Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense pressure Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
