Description? The Insurance Services Operations Sr. Associate is responsible for supporting all insurance business (Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long Term Care, Disability Income and Hybrid Insurance products) from an operational perspective. This entails the processing and input of insurance sales into our database, coordinating with our Business partners and Financial Services to ensure data integrity and proper commission payment to the Advisors. Additionally, this role will serve as Tier II to the Insurance Queue of the Customer Service Center to assist with more advanced insurance-related questions as well as research and resolution with Business partners. The Sr. Associate acts as the primary point of contact for Insurance problem resolution on both pending and inforce business by escalating policy issues with the appropriate Carriers, Business Partners and Product Managers while coordinating with the Field as needed.
