Life Insurance Product Development Support Specialist
The Product Development Support Specialist will contribute the our mission by: + Capturing, documenting, evaluating, and distributing business requirements to all associated IT systems. + Tracking and resolving open issues. + Coordinating meetings with Product Development Team and scheduling follow-up discussions, to drive decision making in advance of quarterly deadlines. + Researching and finding opportunities to improve documentation and procedures. + Working with development teams to align projects and confirm capacity. + Creating and conducting training programs related to new product launches. **You are** + A driven professional with a high degree of knowledge in Individual Life Insurance products and with the ability to collaborate with internal business partners to support goals and objectives by leading change and implementing new ideas! **You will** + Find opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and the clarity of communicated requirements + Support the system development life-cycle (SDLC) + Build and maintain relationships with Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Partners to enable open communications and collaboration + Own and manage the research, development, documentation, and resolution of open issues for the Product Description documentation + Expand knowledge of Products and Riders, Business Operations and Guardian systems. + Participate in and manage non-product projects assigned to the Product Development Department **You have** + 2+ years of work experience in the Life Insurance Industry + BA, BS, a plus + Insurance Education (LOMA), a plus + Project Management Training, a plus + Agile (SAFe Methodology) training / experience, a plus + Strong communication skills and the ability to support both in-person and virtual training environments **Location** + You will work in our Bethlehem, PA office location three days per week + You will work from home two days per week **Salary Range:** $57,810.00 - $86,715.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
