Guardian is seeking a Life Product Manager to join the Individual Life Product Development Department. The team is responsible for ideation, design, and launch of new life insurance products to enhance the wellbeing of our policyholders in Individual Markets. Working with a team of professionals you will explore the creation of innovative, best-in-class products, ensure the timely completion of product deliverables, and create content to support the sale and promotion of life insurance.

Support the life product development process by establishing project plans, scheduling and organizing meetings, maintaining documentation of product features and open items, and driving towards timely decision-making
Prepare and distribute planned and ad-hoc reports and presentations on product sales, usage, and features
Support the implementation and development of technology solutions, concepts and enhancements within our illustration and administration systems while prioritizing changes and develop and participate UAT plans to support release rollout.
Investigate product questions related to illustrations, policy administration, conversions and exchanges.
Monitor the performance of the life product portfolio and make recommendations for changes and enhancements.
Act as a point of contact and solicit feedback for Life Products with internal and external partners.
Collaborate with Marketing and Distribution partners to create content, strategies and campaigns for Life Insurance Products.
You haveExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of Guardian’s life insurance products and illustrations
Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams at different levels to achieve results and influence outcomes
Product development, product management, or business analyst experience
Experience working with the GA/FR distribution channel
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Salary Range:
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
