A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Life Sales Manager
Selected candidate to reside in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Ft. Myers or Port Charlotte
Oversee and direct the activities of Life Sales Agents across all channels in South Florida.Manage and coordinate all activities of the Life Specialists and is responsible for the life and annuity sales production of assigned region.Responsible for the motivation of various sales representatives engaged in life sales.Recruit and train personnel and develop, coordinate and deliver life insurance training programs, which include new product introduction, sales ideas, and partnership modeling as well as motivational speaking at various company sales meetings. Assist management in determining individual sales quotas.Participate in the planning, development and implementation of sales/marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Evaluate existing sales programs and makes recommendations to increase sales volume and market penetration as necessary. Develop written life marketing plans for assigned branch territories in coordination with branch management. Participate in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs. Evaluate existing sales programs, makes recommendations for increased sales, implements appropriate revisions and assists in the determination of sales goals. Oversee the service and maintenance of existing accounts. Provide guidance to the entire sales force on the resolution of unusual problems as required.What it’s like to work for The Auto Club Group:

A competitive annual salary between $81,411.20 - $126,651.20

Required Qualifications:
Possession of State life and health insurance licensesValid State Driver’s LicenseEducation
College level coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Work Experience
