We are currently seeking a Life Sciences Software Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategy in California. What we’ll get you doing: + Assume territorial and account management responsibilities for California, representing assigned biopharma and biotech accounts and developing regional prospect pipelines. + Expand commercial relationships with existing clients for existing and new IDBS offerings. + Develop and progress new pipelines within the territory to achieve regional and personal targets. + Own the development and execution of account plans for target accounts + Effectively promote and educate targeted accounts on the challenges the industry is facing and how IDBS provides solutions to positively impact their business through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company-approved industry conferences, etc. Here is what success in this role looks like: + Bachelor’s degree required. + 4+ years of SaaS enterprise software sales experience in the Life Sciences, including biopharma, bioprocessing, and/or bioanalytics preferred. + Accustomed to dealing with complex deals and multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision makers, and can navigate a 12–18-month sales cycle . + Experience with sales methodology. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, approximately 50%. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
