We are on the hunt for an energetic and detail-oriented Lifecycle Management Analyst to join our team in **Albuquerque, NM** . In this role, you'll work alongside system owners and cross-functional teams—including engineering, quality, testing, configuration, and supply chain—to develop and implement top-notch policies, standards, and procedures for hardware and software acquisition, protection, maintenance, and retention, all in alignment with DoD standards and strategy.
As a vital team member, you'll be at the forefront of early risk identification through the reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) process, playing a crucial role in risk and quality management. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead working groups with both internal and external customers will be essential for success.
**Exciting Responsibilities Await You:**

+ Analyze all hardware and software lifecycle for maintenance, serviceability, end of service and end of life tracking and resource requirements at the technical and programmatic levels.
+ Review licenses and/or contracts to ensure that hardware and software equipment is covered by the contract and properly documented.
+ Maintain and implement the procedural approach of Lifecycle Sustainment Management Plan and the engineering rigor of the maintenance process.
+ Facilitate the engineering process, including Engineering Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards and Drawing updates.
+ Assist with quantifying RMA measurements for schedule and cost impacts as well as quantifying and qualifying opportunities to improve and/or expand capabilities by recapitalization, tech-refresh and/or refurbishment.
+ Facilitate LCM related lessons learned/after action reviews with internal and external customers.
+ Create program level metrics (e.g. 30-60-90, EOL/EOS, Maintenance Cycle, RMA)
+ Work with program and task schedulers to identify critical actions and dependencies associated to system sustainment and resource monitoring.
**Qualifications**
**This is you:**
+ Active DoD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
+ Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in a technically related field with 5 years of relevant systems sustainment management experience, or Master’s Degree (accredited) and 3 years of relevant systems sustainment experience. Will accept 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset and license management and materials procurement.
+ Strong understanding of the engineering processes associated to sustainment RMA, early identification and recommendation during requirements and design definition stages.
+ Familiarity with sustainment standards (i.e. ISO, IEEE, MIL).
**You will wow us even more if you have these skills:**
+ Interpersonal skills to interfacing with cross-functional technical teams including the Government customer and external contractors.
+ Experience working with DoD/Space Force customers in a Government environment.
+ Able to prioritize competing requirements and tasks.
