**Job Description Summary**
The International Lifecycle Manager CT is responsible for developing and deploying the Lifecycle Marketing and Commercial strategy for CT modality based on a clear definition of customers’ key pain-points and added-value offerings across the different lifecycle phases.
The role further encompasses a close collaboration with the respective Service Marketing Leader to develop the lifecycle strategy, own CT O&U GTM, develop and execute GTM and ensure a full franchise alignment to increase customer horizontal IB sales and maximize IB retention.
This role will report direct line to the International Lifecycle Director and dotted line to the INT CT General Manager.
**Job Description**
**CT Lifecycle Strategy and Programs:**
+ Develop lifecycle strategies across the entire CT product portfolio in collaboration with Equipment and Services teams to retain and monetize imaging assets and fleets.
+ Maximize O&U and digital revenue, price, IB retention, and customer satisfaction of the CT product line in assigned areas - achieve or exceed OP for services in CT.
+ Implement and drive programs/initiatives with a specific focus on the creation and activation of omnichannel campaigns addressing the different customer needs and journeys identified.
+ Orchestrate EOGS strategies (IB replacement, IB upgrade, best effort contracting) with cross-functional teams, and drive retention programs.
+ Voice of the region/customer needs, trends, and product gaps to Global teams as part of the WWPP process.
+ Drive the launch of NPIs and/or targeted offerings (upgrades, options) that will allow our customers to get the most out of their current GEHC products, and our sales teams to increase our portfolio share as well as customer loyalty.
+ Collaborate with the Commercial Operations and Advertising and Promotions teams to ensure that commercial activation, demand stimulation, and opportunity management concerning these offers are carried out using standard CRM tools.
+ Provide elements of information obtained at zone level for the purpose of profitability analysis concerning new offers in the design phase; collaborate with global Products / Services teams to drive competitive intelligence & develop new ideas.
**CT O&U Downstream Product Management and Sales:**
+ Own Downstream Product Management for CT O&U products (Product pricing, Offering definition, Value Proposition localization, Salesforce training).
+ Manage all operational angles of our “Go-To-Market”, including but not limited to our ITO, CPQ, and CRM tools.
+ Develop programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate and support specific KOLs.
+ Create product training materials and train direct/indirect sales channels.
+ Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data, including feedback on NPI called by the Market.
+ Develop and deploy commercial programs to address specific business gaps or opportunities.
+ Collaborate with INT O&U Sales leader to drive O&U funnel, sales, and profitability.
**Collaboration with Digital Solutions and Services:**
+ Collaborate and integrate our "Imaging Digital Solutions" (Imaging 360 & DoseWatch) and "Digital Services" (OnWatch, TubeWatch, MyGEHC) into our CT offerings. Work closely with the respective teams to enhance our CT product line with these digital solutions, ensuring comprehensive and innovative offerings that meet customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a global medical device or pharmaceutical organization.
+ Proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing lean principles, and leading cultural change.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving techniques.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate employees, promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration.
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the medical device industry.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
+ Experience working in a matrix organization is beneficial.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by the role.
