As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping drive the strategy, coordination, and execution of our lifecycle roadmap for trial users and new members; driving engagement and crafting experiments that increase subscriptions, product adoption, and activation. You’ll do hands-on work in our marketing automation tool, Iterable, building emails, in-app notifications, and pushes, as well as strategic planning work, creative briefing, and experiment design.
This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, in-app messaging, push notifications, etc.) that engage customers at key touchpoints in their lifecycle. Segmentation & Personalization: Use customer data and segmentation strategies to craft personalized messaging and offers tailored to different audience segments. Optimization & Testing: Continuously test and optimize campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Data, and Creative teams to build integrated campaigns that align with the in-product experience. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

4+years of experience working in a growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing role at a high growth tech company. Experience at product-led or subscription-based companies is a plus Experience in both creating lifecycle strategy and experiment plans as well as hands-on experience building and launching campaigns 2+ years of experience in an enterprise-level marketing automation tool such as Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, etc. Demonstrated experience in A/B testing in lifecycle marketing programs that resulted in improved business metricsThe good stuff:
