Lifecycle Operations & Design Manager

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Operations & Design Manager to manage the production and deployment of email campaigns that captivate and connect with our audiences. In this role, you’ll handle the entire email campaign process, including HTML coding, list management, scheduling, testing, and reporting. Additionally, you’ll bring creativity and precision to email design by leveraging our design system to format content seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Build and code HTML emails with precision to align with brand standards and best practices.

Leverage our design system to format and lay out copy for visually engaging email templates.

Manage the end-to-end production and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring seamless execution.

Oversee list management and segmentation to maximize audience targeting and campaign relevance.

Schedule, test, and QA email campaigns for accuracy, deliverability, and impact.

Generate and analyze email performance reports to provide insights and recommend optimizations.

Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance operations.

What it takes to catch our eye:

Proven experience managing email campaigns across various email service providers (experience with Braze, Marketo, Mailgun is a plus).

Advanced skills in HTML email coding, including responsive design and troubleshooting.

A strong eye for design and experience in laying out copy within a design system for engaging and functional emails.

Experienced in Figma component building to update ongoing email design system.

Technical acumen to navigate email marketing platforms and tools with ease.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The annual base salary range for this position  is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.

Annual Base Compensation$99,250—$120,250 USD
