The successful candidate will need to: + Strong work ethic and the ability to work well with co-workers; + Ability to perform well without direct supervision; + Ability to swim well; + Excellent knowledge of first aid, lifesaving, and rescue work as applied to accidents in the water; + Able to enforce compliance with pool rules and regulations and ensure the safety and welfare of all within the pool area; + Ability to work well with children and adults; + Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; + Demonstrate excellent observation skills and mental alertness.
