General Summary
Assist guests in the proper use of pool facilities and equipment. Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and to provide a safe and healthy aquatic environment for hotel guests. Maintains cleanliness of pool deck area and provides excellent guest service. Handle any emergencies as appropriate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains supervision of the pool, ensuring the safety of the pool area. Appropriately addresses any issues, concerns or rule violations with guests. Recognizes and responds effectively to all emergencies. Enforces all facility rules and regulations. Maintains a clean and attractive pool environment. Reports any unsafe conditions to the pool manager or lead lifeguard. Performs on poolside stage with games and activities for guests. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
