Job Duties:

Work with Policy System, Billing/Collections, Product System, Reports/Processing, and Agency/Commissions functionality within Policy Admin System. Work in Agile teams with a large delivery team supporting mission-critical applications. Create/manage a project schedule, driving a matrixed team of resources (onshore/offshore) to buy into the schedule, and meet pre-defined software quality expectations. Work on waterfall project delivery model with projects, coordinating with offshore teams. Gather Business Requirements and Analyse them. Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) as per Business Requirement Document. Work on production issues or bugs to find the root cause. Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action. Analyze and solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of policy data related to Life, Health, and Annuity insurance. Coordinate with Onshore, Offshore teams to ensure the Project delivery within timelines. Involve in the Policy Admin system or Lifepro. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
